Products purchased directly from HandLok must be returned in accordance with our return instructions. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the product was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned product is received and processed.
For products purchased from a third-party retailer or marketplace, returns may be subject to that seller’s return procedures. Please contact the seller where the product was purchased.
