Sizing
The Hand Grip comes in Small / Medium and Large / X-Large, in left-hand and right-hand versions. Choose your options on the product page.
Find Your Fit
How To Measure
Two measurements decide your size. Take them both, then match them to the chart.
- LengthHold your hand flat with the fingers together. Measure from the tip of your middle finger straight down to the crease at your wrist.
- WidthMeasure straight across your palm at the base of your fingers. Do not include the thumb.

At the top of a range? Size up.
If either measurement lands at the upper end of Small / Medium, choose Large / X-Large.
